Avoid any tendency to believe you’re 100% right about something someone has reservations about. If you can accept that a situation might be different from what you believe it to be, then a compromise or agreement can be reached.

Someone’s words are either sweet or contain an unmistakable hint of aggression. Summon the courage to ask someone to be clearer about what they’re saying. You can remove any mystery with less effort than you might think will be required.

It’s important to see a situation by removing rose-tinted glasses – but that might be the only way to spot the magic within it! Be creative and imaginative but keep both feet on the ground while doing so. That way, you will be better placed to identify a practical solution waiting to be noticed.
