Prepare to reflect, take stock – and heal yourself

JULY 7 2019 – MERCURY GOES RETROGRADE

Until July 31, we have a chance to reflect. As Mercury appears to move backward, it will also appear as if an area of our life does so, too. It will likely be communication, travel, and technology, most affected during Mercury Retrograde. Stress levels, misunderstandings, and arguments increase. Technology and machinery let us down. We feel as if unseen and unhelpful forces deliberately hold us back or slow down a momentum we’ve worked hard to achieve.

However, we also have a chance to reflect and take stock. That’s why a backward-moving Mercury isn’t helpful with starting new projects, going on first dates, getting married, travel, signing documents, or making grand purchases. Use the time until the end of this month to step back and make plans. You’ll be superbly placed to implement them by mid-August.

JULY 9 2019 – CHIRON GOES RETROGRADE

Chiron represents where we feel hurt, broken, or inadequate. Until December 13, it goes retrograde in Aries.  This means we’re likely to focus intently on what we believe are personal character flaws or shortfalls. We become convinced something’s wrong with us. Fortunately, healing is on offer regarding such thoughts. However, we need to allow pain to bring any issues into the open.

Until mid-December, we are encouraged to look inward honestly, face what causes us pain regarding how we see ourselves and believe others see us – and summon the courage to overcome it. An issue could be much more manageable than we believe it to be.
