To face a fear, we must first accept that it IS a fear. That’s the thing about fears; they can be seen more as distractions when they spend most of their time brushed under the carpet.
But to acknowledge and confront a fear allows us to turn the tables and show it who’s boss. With that comes a tremendous sense of relief, which you might experience this week.
You must be honest with yourself, even if someone is less than honest with you. Regardless of how persuasive they are, don’t overlook how, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Make a decision based on what YOU know in your heart to be real, solid and safe.
Prepare to feel confident to face an issue you’ve feared facing. You’ll also be more willing to bring into the open what has been conveniently brushed under a proverbial carpet.
Confidence blends with a genuine desire to bring a significant change to a particular situation. This can result in transformation you have long wanted to see. All you need to do is face a fear.
If we’re told something enough times, we start believing it – including what’s told to us BY us! You need to draw a conclusion based on previous experience and not what any outside influence wants you to pay attention to.
Something from your past needs revisiting and re-examining. To make a positive change, all you need to do is accept that there is something you don’t know or know enough about.
You could question something from your past that has confused you. However, this will lead to a valuable discovery in the present!
