General terms and conditions
All Psychic Services are offered by Stardm Ltd, and are for entertainment only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.
All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded this is a requirement of Phone-paid Services Authority in the UK and ComReg in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.
Whilst Stardm Ltd believes all readers to be the best available, they are self-employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Stardm Ltd does not have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Stardm Ltd will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.
By proceeding to use our services you permit us to store your details in harmony with UK law, approved merchant banking practices, and to contact you with promotional offers.
Credit Card Services
To use our credit card services, you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.
UK Premium Rate
Calls cost £1.50/min + your phone provider’s access charge. 18+ with bill payer’s permission. Calls recorded, Entertainment only, Helpline: 0800 970 2111. SP: www.InverOak.com.
UK SMS
SMS costs £1.50 per message received + standard network charges for messages sent, max 3 per reply. 18+, SP: InverOak.com PO Box 10015 CM1 9HH. To opt out of free promo msgs, call the Helpline on 0207 111 6210.
All charges are made in Sterling (GBP). The credit card merchant of “Telephone Consult” shall appear on your credit card statement.
A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Stardm Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.
Premium Rate Telephone Services

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute plus your phone provider’s access charge.
Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.40 per minute. Services are provided by InverOak.com and regulated by ComReg. Call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number UK: 01392 580 995 World: +44 1392 580 995 USA: (619) 550 2866) or write to Stardm Ltd Ottermead, Upottery, Honiton, Devon EX14 9PE. It is our aim to follow up any complaint within two to three working days (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
Use of Data
Stardm Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act as a Data Controller. Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text messages) We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. Phone-paid Services Authority or ComReg.
Barring of Access
Stardm Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Stardm Ltd or any of its associated companies.
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in English Court.
