Regardless of how your 2018 professional year ended, the pace picks up dramatically in the New Year, with massive developments across the income, work and career fronts in January. 2018 ended with no planetary activity on the career front and with Uranus in retrograde motion on the job front.
There was nothing in the final weeks of 2018 or even the final hours of December to suggest the massive shift waiting for you on the other side of the New Year. It is as though the professional gods have been waiting for the old year to end, with the pace picking up dramatically on the job front within the early hours of the year.
It begins with Mars’ return to your work sector on New Year’s Day, where he will fire things up on the job front until leaving on 15th February. If this was all, this would give you a busy start to the year, but not the game changing one you actually have. This is more the start of a ripple effect.
Just six days later Uranus will turn direct here on 7th January, releasing the handbrake, which Mars will be fighting against in his early days. This is likely to result in work and job matters shooting forward.
It is a day later that Venus, the planet of money will join lucky Jupiter in your income sector, kicking off some of the most lucrative weeks of not just this year, but in over a decade.
If that isn’t enough to pack into the early weeks of this new professional year, a total lunar eclipse in your career sector on 21st January is likely to be a major catalyst across the income, work and career fronts. With Uranus leaving your work sector on 6th March, wrapping up a visit that began in 2010, there is a massive push to make these final months count.
Things will dial back after that, only to pick up again on the job front with the Sun’s return on 21st March. This kicks off a period that will run through to Venus’ departure on 15th May. This is both a chance to look at new work and job opportunities and to bring home everything launched the first two months of the year.
With Uranus gone work and job matters really will dial back, but with lucky Jupiter in your income sector until 3rd December, this will remain a lucrative year. Jupiter will be there to support and benefit from the career opportunities that will begin opening up on 21st June and will continue to unfold through to 23rd August. This is only a two month window, but it hosts all the planetary activity on the career front this year. A Full Moon in your work sector on 14th October could be a catalyst for both income and job matters.
