There is such a mixed bag of influences this year that for you, 2023 can’t come under one single label. Yes, this will become a massive year for job growth and expansion and with the potential to be a lucrative year. Yet at the same time, Jupiter is spending the first five months of the year in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart while in the middle months of the year Venus will make her longest visit to an adventurous part of your chart in our lifetime. Not only that, Mars will help to kick this off by fueling a passion for adventure just as major new doors are opening on the job front. While much of this is yet to unfold, this makes it important to begin the year mindful of a need for work/life balance from the start. This is something that shouldn’t be a stretch, with the only planet already in your work sector in retrograde motion as you move into the New Year and Jupiter having just returned to a playful and creative part of your chart 11 days before.
You will also begin the year with Mars still in retrograde motion in your relationship sector, something that has kept him here since August and by the time he leaves on 26th March, this will have become his longest visit in eight decades. Fortunately, you not only have Saturn in your communication sector until 8th March, but Venus will return on 3rd January, with her mission to give your heart and your relationships a voice beginning while Mars is still in retrograde motion, while she won’t leave until two weeks after he turns direct on 13th January. Support to keep the communication lines open will continue even after Saturn leaves, with Pluto returning to your communication sector on 24th March for the first time in our lifetime, just two days before Mars leaves your relationship sector on 26th March.
All the while Jupiter will be building up speed, as he works to make the most of a visit to your romantic and creative sector that began last May but had to be put on hold. Until leaving on 17th May, Jupiter is working to make this a lucky and expansive year for matters of the heart and all things fun, playful, romantic and creative. It is then that Jupiter will join Uranus in your work sector, where for the next 12 months the planet of luck and expansion and the planet of surprise, synchronicity and the unexpected will work together for the first time here in our lifetime, as they begin the biggest year for job growth and expansion in over a decade. With Pluto leaving your income sector on 24th March but retrograding back in on 11th June, this could have lucrative implications. However, making sure that life doesn’t become all work and no play will be Venus, who from 6th June to 9th October will be making her longest visit to your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery in our lifetime.
