This year has the right mix of ingredients on the romantic and relationship fronts, with a slight bias towards your relationships. Fortunately, for all the right reasons. You begin the year with Juno, queen of commitment and especially commitment to your relationships in your relationship sector and while only an asteroid, this works to your advantage. Juno is small enough not to pose a challenge to planets that could push back if she got in their way, but having returned at the tail end of some active months late last year and not leaving until 20th September, Juno can quietly keep your relationships on track. With the faster moving planets returning to your relationship sector from 6th September and the last one not leaving until 22nd November, this covers much of the year.

In addition, while Venus, the planet of love will return to your communication sector on 4th April for what should be a 24 day visit to your communication sector, she will instead stay for four months, not leaving until 8th August. This is due to a retrograde phase from 13th May to 25th June, which will take Venus’ mission to give your heart and your relationships a voice and add a chance to give the past and unsaid words a voice as well. This is important because Juno will spend from 9th February to 27th May in retrograde motion. It is during the final two weeks of that retrograde phase that Venus will jump in.

In the meantime, while there is less planetary activity on the romantic front this year, what activity there is has all the right ingredients. While there will be no planetary activity on the romantic front until the Sun returns to your romantic sector on 22nd July, a romantically charged Full Moon on 9th February will whet your appetite and with perfect timing. For with Venus, the planet of love in Aries from 8th February to 5th March, this Full Moon will fall during her first full day here. This should be enough to jump start matters of the heart as Venus kicks off the most romantically charged weeks of the first half of the year. Held back by her retrograde phase in your communication sector Venus won’t return to your romantic sector until 6th September, but until she leaves on 3rd October she will work to make this some of the most romantically charged weeks of the second half of the year.
