This year dials up the right amount of activity on the romantic and relationship fronts, bringing you everything you need and nothing you don’t. Though there is more weight on romantic matters, your relationships have the support of continuous planetary activity on the communication front all year. While there will be no planetary activity on the relationship front until Mercury, the planet of communication returns to your relationship sector on 20th August, a Full Moon on 10th March will be a catalyst for relationship matters in the first half of the year. What makes the timing of this Full Moon auspicious is that Venus, the planet of love returns to your communication sector on 3rd March so will be on hand to give your heart and your relationships a voice.
There is not a lot of planetary activity on the relationship front this year, with Mercury moving through from 20th August to 6th September, the Sun from 23rd August to 23rd September and Venus from 3rd October to 28th October. However, after Mars made his first visit in two years in 2019 and Juno, queen of commitment and especially commitment to your relationships her first in four years, you begin the year with a good sense of what you want from your relationships and what they need from you. Yet while this is a fairly low key year on the relationship front it is a different story on the romantic front. While the North Node will leave your romantic sector on 5th May, wrapping up a visit that began in November 2018, the eclipses that act as a portal for its ability to bring unexpected or even fated new beginnings have yet to run their course, with a lunar eclipse on 11th January and a solar eclipse on 21st June.
However, it is not just the North Node’s presence and its association with the future, luck and destiny that makes this an auspicious year for matters of the heart. In any year you would expect a Full and a New Moon in your romantic sector but this year you have two of each. Apart from the eclipsing Full Moon on 11th January, you have an ordinary Full Moon in your romantic sector on 30th December, while just four weeks after an eclipsing New Moon on 21st June you have an ordinary New Moon on 21st July. These two New Moons bookend the Sun’s month long visit, from 21st June to 22nd July. Meanwhile, while Mercury will normally spend two weeks giving your heart a voice and putting heart and mind on the same page, he is instead here from 29th May to 5th August. This will keep the romantic flame burning until Venus, late to return this year finally returns from 8th August to 6th September.
