Within your chart, you will see some sectors have one or several planets in them while others will be empty. Because there are eight planets plus the Sun and Moon and twelve sectors, it is easy to see there are more houses than there are planets.

Horoscope Houses can be empty one day – and occupied the next!

While many people will have empty houses in their chart, it’s important to remember that planets are on the move constantly. A sector that sits empty one day could find itself occupied the next. This also partly explains why two people born on the same day or within a day of each other can be very different.
